BANGALORE, Apri1 7
Preparations are on at the Iskcon Radhakrishna temple for the Brahmotsava celebrations that the centre is organising for the first time.
Addressing a press conference here today, International Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon) temple president Madhu Pandit Das said the Brahmotsava from April 8 to 11 will feature several rituals.
More than 50,000 devotees are expected to participate in the celebrations, he informed.
Unique to these celebrations is the `Brahma Ratha' that has been specially made for the occasion. Special arrangements have also been made for the devotees, he explained.
For all those who intend to make research on Ayurveda, astrology, Vaasthu and Veda through Iskcon, the Hinduja foundation has come forward to assist them, said Mr Das.
The centre has also intended to extend a training programme on organic farming to the people of Mahadevapura and its neighbouring villages.
